Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@3rootsacademy.com. There is no cancellation fee.

2. What happens when you cancel

Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel partway through a paid month, you retain access until that month ends.

After the paid period ends, access to paid content stops and no further charges are made.

3. Cancelling during the free trial

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged, and access ends at the end of the trial (or immediately, depending on your settings). To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period ends.

4. Removing a student

You may remove a Student from your account at any time. The change takes effect at your next renewal; you will not be charged for that Student in future billing periods.

Removing a Student does not generate a refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy).

5. Reactivating

You may re-subscribe at any time after cancelling. Depending on how long your account has been inactive, some progress data may still be available; contact us if you have questions about restoring a previous account.

6. Refunds

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
