3Roots Academy provides a digital educational service. We do not ship physical goods.
All products and services offered by 3Roots Academy are delivered digitally through our website and applications. There is no physical shipment.
2. When access is delivered
Free trial: access is granted immediately upon successful account creation and start of your 7-day free trial.
Paid subscription: access to paid content is granted immediately upon successful payment (or immediately when your free trial converts to a paid subscription). Payment confirmation is processed in real time by our payment provider.
Adding a student or upgrading: additional access is granted immediately upon successful payment for the change.
3. How to access
You access the Service by logging in to your account on our website or app using the credentials you created at sign-up. Your enrolled Students' lessons, assessments, and progress are available under your account.
4. Delivery confirmation
Upon successful subscription or payment, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and/or an email confirmation to the address associated with your account.
5. If you cannot access the Service
If your payment succeeded but you cannot access the Service, please contact us at support@3rootsacademy.com with your account email, and we will resolve access promptly.
