1. Who may use the Service

The Service is an online educational platform. Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian ("you" or "Parent") on behalf of one or more students ("Students"), who are typically minors.

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of each Student you enrol, and that you consent to their use of the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with pricing shown on our pricing page. New accounts may begin with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee (monthly or yearly, per your selection and the number of enrolled Students).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; share account access outside your household; copy, redistribute, or resell our educational content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including lessons, assessments, images, text, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your enrolled Students' educational use only.

7. Content and educational outcomes

We strive to provide high-quality educational content aligned to recognised curricula. However, we do not guarantee any particular educational result or outcome. The Service is a supplementary learning tool.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time (see our Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Jordan.
